How will I know if you received my payment?
I pride myself on communicating with buyers and will email as soon as payment is received. Keep in mind that I am not online 24 hours a day, but will email as soon as I log back on!

What if there is a problem with my order?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and we'll work something out. I describe each item to the best of my ability, but occasionally I make mistakes and will do everything I can to make things right!

How soon will my order be shipped?
All items purchased are shipped on the next business day after payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent with the shipping information for you records.

To what countries will you ship?
I'll gladly ship to any country that allows patterns to be imported, however, I will be unable to ship to any country that does not utilize Paypal. (See payment options for details).

What types of payments are accepted?
US buyers: Paypal (balance transfers or credit cards), Google Checkout, money orders or cashier's checks. International buyers: Paypal only in US funds

How long do I have to pay for my purchases?
Payment must be received within 14 days.

What shipping options are offered?
All items are shipped through the US Postal Service. Shipping within the US will be by First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Parcel Post, depending upon the weight of the items. International shipments will be by First Class Mail International, Priority Mail International, or Global Priority Mail, depending upon the weight of the items.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes! I definitely combine shipping! Simply place the items you are purchasing in your cart and combined shipping will be reflected upon checkout - it is figured automatically!
